◆DMチラシ
今日はDM。ダイレクトメール。
いや、正確には郵送でなく手配りしたものらしいので「ポストインチラシ」ですが。
パソコン教室のチラシのようです。
ビニール（プラ製）の封筒のような袋に紙のチラシが2枚入っていました。
この紙製のチラシの方は「その他紙類」でよろしいかと思いますが、問題はプラの封筒袋の方です。
容器・包装のたぐいの様なので「プラスチック製容器包装」の様にもみえるのですが、これは実は「燃やせるごみ」なのです。
素材・見た目はまったく資源プラなのですがなぜ燃やせるごみになるのでしょうか。
これは、中に入ってるチラシが「商品ではない」からです。
プラスチック製容器包装である条件の一つが「商品の入れ物であること」
今回のチラシは無償で配られる広告であり商品ではないため、それを入れるための封筒は「容器包装」と見なされないからです。
ですから「DMチラシ・ポストインチラシ」などは
チラシ → その他紙類
プラ製封筒 → 燃やせるごみ
となります。
ただし、この封筒の中に有償の本などが入っていた場合は「プラスチック製容器包装」となるはずです。
なんか変ですね〜

資源プラのゴミ袋が「くせ〜」のは、ちゃんと洗って乾かしてからゴミ袋に入れないからです。洗っても落ちない汚れの付いたプラごみは燃やせるごみと一緒に捨てちゃって下さい。お大事に。
